Always wanted to study abroad? Love the idea of honing your musical and language skills?

Studying in another country doesn’t have to be just a dream. At the Academy, we can help you make it a reality.

Exchanges and study abroad years most commonly take place during the third year of an undergraduate course and are usually for one academic year. They’re a great way to expand your horizons, explore another culture, and make new friends and musical contacts. For many people, studying abroad also gives them a real confidence boost as they find their independence.

Whether you’re planning to come to London from another conservatoire for a year, or are an Academy student hoping to go abroad during your time here, you’ll find all the information you need in this section.

And, of course, if there’s anything we’ve left unanswered, please don’t hesitate to contact our Admissions team (admissions@ram.ac.uk).
