The Academy assesses its policies, procedures and strategic plans for potential impact on equality. This enables us to identify potential issues and address them in a strategic way and to support and promote good practice throughout the institution.
Assessments are conducted within the context of an institution that strives to promote inclusivity for the benefit of all students, staff, visiting artists and visiting members of the public by enhancing their educational, cultural and personal experience of the Academy.
