Rafael has recently been awarded a bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre Performance by the Central Academy of Drama (CAD) in China receiving the title of Outstanding Graduate.
Since he began studying and engaging in musical theatre professionally in 2021, he has participated in many musical works such as Lucky Guy, Dear Evan Hansen and Crazy for You.
In 2022, Rafael joined the cast of Jia (Home), an original work by the China Musical Theatre Association, participating in a commercial tour across six cities. Outside of theatre, Rafael is a skilled musician playing both drums and piano to a high standard.
