Paul Clarvis

It wouldn’t be too much of a stretch to say that accomplished percussionist Paul Clarvis has performed with everyone you know and on everything you love. 

Clarvis was the late Leonard Bernstein's preferred London percussionist and helped Rick Smith with the drum arrangement for the London Olympics 2012 show-stopping opening, as well as having worked with high-profile musicians like Mick Jagger, Stevie Wonder, Sir Paul McCartney, and Elton John, Nina Simone, Herbie Hancock, Mose Allison, Moondog, Karl Jenkins, Harrison Birtwhistle, Mark Anthony Turnage, Hozier, Hans Zimmer, Frank Sinatra, Michael Jackson, Lee Konitz, Jerry Goldsmith, Maurice Jarre and Cleo Lane. 

His film slate is just as impressive, including Star Wars, the Harry Potter films, The Chronicles of Narnia, Twilight, Skyfall, Spectre, No Time to Die, Tron, Batman films, Bourne Ultimatum,Billy Elliot, Shrek, The Hunger Games films, Fantastic Beasts trilogy, Lord of the Rings films, The Hobbit, Black Panther, Mufasa, The Lion King, Grand Budapest Hotel, 3 Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Gladiator 2 and Madagascar. 

Beyond his ongoing and in-demand work as a session musician, Clarvis is also an Honorary Associate of the Royal Academy of Music and is a member of the Strictly Come Dancing band.
