Jacob grew up in the US, performing in choirs and musicals before focusing on classical music at Texas Christian University, where he earned a BA (History) and a BMus (Vocal Performance).

He moved to London in 2022 and earned a MPerf (Voice) at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama (GSMD), reigniting his passion for musical theatre.

Jacob has performed all over the world in roles such as Count Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro at Tokyo Opera Studio; the title role in Sweeney Todd at GSMD; Guglielmo (cover) in Così fan tutte at Da Ponte Opera Festival; and Joe Larabee in A Service of Love at Texas Christian University. He also performed in the chorus for Die Fledermaus atGSMD and Götterdämmerung for Regents Opera.
