Gilly is responsible for successfully coaching, mentoring and launching students into the musical theatre industry

With over 35 years’ experience working in musical theatre casting and production and performance-related events, Gilly is sought after for her knowledge of the theatrical landscape and network of industry professionals.

She guides the students and elevates their training through introducing and securing agents. She successfully bridges the gap between the Academy and the industry by encouraging working professionals across casting, directing and performance to engage more significantly, thus gaining recognition for the course across the industry.
