Emilio Moreno Arias

Emilio comes to the Academy from The Netherlands and was born to a Spanish family. He completed the Bachelor of Musical Theatre (2021) as well as the Master of Music at the Fontys Academy of the Arts in Tilburg, The Netherlands (2024).
During his Masters he originated a supporting role in the new German musical Jugend Ohne Gott, covered Tony in West Side Story at the renowned Volksoper in Vienna, Austria (2024) and played the title role in Jesus Christ Superstar in Germany (2024), led by Musical Director Christoph Bönecker.
Besides camera and TV work Emilio is a diverse and driven artist, writing play adaptations, original musicals and music. His own music is delivered in a multitude of styles such as jazz, blues and soul.
Emilio received a full scholarship from the Royal Academy of Music, as well as the full bursary from the Van Den Ende Foundation, The Netherlands.
