Andrew has nearly thirty years of operatic experience with ENO, Glyndebourne and Garsington

After gaining a First Class Honours Degree in Mathematics and Accounting, Andrew attended the Royal Academy of Music as a postgraduate accompanist. He graduated with a dipRAM and went on to complete his studies at the National Opera Studio.

As a song accompanist Andrew has performed at the UK’s most prestigious recital venues, including The Wigmore Hall, as well as across Europe, USA, Central America, South America and Australia. Andrew is one of the most sought-after repetiteurs in the country, having worked at Glyndebourne on dozens of projects with conductors including Vladimir Jurowski, Sir Mark Elder, Ed Gardner, Robin Ticciati, Sir Andrew Davis and Sir Charles Mackerras.

Since 2008 Andrew has been on the full-time Music Staff at English National Opera and a regular member of the music team at Garsington Festival Opera since 2015. He is much in demand as a vocal coach, working regularly with students at the Academy and the Royal College of Music.
