Presented on BBC Radio Three as a winner of the Young Artist Forum in 1994, Joshua has since appeared in the major concert halls throughout the UK.

He has performed the violin solo in Schnittke’s Concerto Grosso No.4 in the Royal Festival Hall, as well as Beethoven’s Triple Concerto with the Philharmonia Orchestra at St John’s Smith Square. He has also given concerts as violin/director and soloist with the Northern Sinfonia and toured Italy , Spain and France performing concertos and chamber music recitals.

Joshua has broadcast live on Classic FM, Gibraltar Radio & Television and BBC Radio Three. He has also appeared in recitals and concertos with Rodney Friend and Vasco Vasilev and led orchestras under the batons of Yehudi Menuhin and Mstislav Rostropovich.

He studied with Felix Andrievsky and Rodney Friend at the Royal College of Music. He was a recipient of many prizes and nominated awards, and as a postgraduate, received generous financial assistance from the Countess of Munster Musical Trust, performing numerous concertos and recitals as part of their concert scheme.
