Diomedes studied at the Academy with Michael Cox and Patricia Morris
Diomedes was born in Cyprus and studied at the Academy and the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln, Germany.
Before joining the RPO in 2022, he held the Principal Piccolo post at the Ulster Orchestra. As a guest player he has performed with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, Gothenburg Opera, London Symphony Orchestra, BBCSO, Philharmonia, Royal Northern Sinfonia, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, BBC NOW, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and Cyprus Symphony Orchestra among others.
