Semyon Bychkov discusses Mahler’s epic Symphony No 2, ‘Resurrection’, in our interview.

Bychkov conducted the performance of the piece at the Royal Festival Hall in June 2017 as part of the Southbank Centre’s ‘Belief and Beyond Belief’ series, a festival that explored what it means to be human. You can watch an excerpt of the rehearsal in the Duke’s Hall here.
