Spectacular chaconnes, singing icicles and mysterious characters of the night.

Directed by acclaimed lutenist Elizabeth Kenny, this concert explores how Purcell drew on some of Lully’s most famous opera scenes and turned them into iconic episodes of Restoration theatre.

This performance will be repeated on Thursday 5 February at Les Invalides in Paris.
