Bachelor of Music (Honours) Jazz
For many years, the Academy has produced the most outstanding array of exciting, versatile, creative and employable musicians to emerge on to the jazz scene. We offer a supportive environment in which to learn and experiment with this extremely broad art form.
Undergraduate Gap Year
This course is for you if you are about to complete your secondary school (High School) studies and either wish to spend a year at the Academy before taking up a full-time undergraduate programme of study at another institution, or if you would like to receive Academy training but do not require a full programme of study that leads to a degree.
Master of Music (Performance)
The Master of Music in Performance is similar to the Master of Arts but with the addition of a Masters Project; this can be a concert with commentary, a recording-based project, a dissertation or a mixture of these.
Master of Music (Performance: Intensive)
This one year Master of Music in Performance course is similar to the Master of Arts but with the addition of a Masters Project. Performance students normally study on a two-year MMus programme but, in exceptional circumstances, can take it in one year (intensive).
Master of Arts (Performance)
The Master of Arts in Performance is for students who want to focus on performance and build on their professional skills.
