Bachelor of Music (Honours)
Our four-year Bachelor of Music (BMus) undergraduate degree programme attracts talented young musicians from across the world to study with today’s finest musicians and teachers.
Undergraduate Gap Year
This course is for you if you are about to complete your secondary school (High School) studies and either wish to spend a year at the Academy before taking up a full-time undergraduate programme of study at another institution, or if you would like to receive Academy training but do not require a full programme of study that leads to a degree.
Master of Music (Performance)
The Master of Music in Performance is similar to the Master of Arts but with the addition of a Masters Project; this can be a concert with commentary, a recording-based project, a dissertation or a mixture of these.
Master of Arts (Performance)
The Master of Arts in Performance is for students who want to focus on performance and build on their professional skills.
Advanced Diploma (Performance)
The programme at RQF Level 8 attracts a cosmopolitan, strongly motivated, and very talented student body which gives participants a realistic sense of the demands required to be at the top of the profession.
Continuing Professional Development Diploma
As the role of professional musicians continues to change and adapt, this programme at RQF Level 7 offers an opportunity to learn and develop skills and knowledge in the field of Creative Music Leadership.
Professional Diploma (Performance)
This is a specialist and intensive Diploma at Level 7 within the UK Qualifications and Credit Framework (post-Masters).
Master of Music (Performance: Intensive)
This one year Master of Music in Performance course is similar to the Master of Arts but with the addition of a Masters Project. Performance students normally study on a two-year MMus programme but, in exceptional circumstances, can take it in one year (intensive).
