Postgraduate

Master of Music (Ensemble Piano)

The Master of Music in Performance is similar to the Master of Arts but with the addition of a Masters Project; this can be a concert with commentary, a recording-based project, a dissertation or a mixture of these.

Master of Arts (Ensemble Piano)

The Master of Arts in Performance is for students who want to focus on performance and build on their professional skills.

Professional Diploma (Performance)

This is a one-year specialist and intensive Diploma at Level 7 within the UK Qualifications and Credit Framework (post-Masters).

Advanced Artist Diploma

The Advanced Artist Diploma (AAD) is a one-year course at Level 8 for a select group of instrumentalists at the highest level, ready to take full advantage of a recording opportunity with world-class production and special release arrangements. The programme supports development of a range of industry-related skills (as appropriate to your individual profile) with mentoring provided in addition to one-to-one lessons.

Master of Music (Ensemble Piano: Intensive)

This one year Master of Music in Performance course is similar to the Master of Arts but with the addition of a Masters Project. Performance students normally study on a two-year Master’s course but, in exceptional circumstances, can take it in one year (intensive).

Master of Arts (Ensemble Piano: Intensive)

This is an intensive one year course. Performance students normally study on a two-year Master’s course but, in exceptional circumstances, can take it in one year (intensive).

Postgraduate Certificate (Ensemble Piano)

The Postgraduate Certificate in Performance is for students who want to focus on performance and build on their professional skills. The PGCert is designed as an option for postgraduate students who cannot meet the academic entrance requirements for a Master’s course.
