Susan was a Leverhulme scholar at the Royal Academy of Music
She then went on to play with the Emerson String Quartet and for 10 years with the Regent Wind Quintet. She has performed with orchestras in Europe and the USA, worked with both opera companies and West End shows and taught for some years at Junior Academy. She is now living in the UK but frequently revisits and works in her native USA.
