Santi came to the Academy from Messina in the east of Sicily. His previous training includes both experiences as a professional performer in various productions and as a student of the Conservatory of Music 'Arcangelo Corelli' of Messina, where he gained a BA and an MA in Pop Music and Pop Singing.
Santi’s training started at the age of 15 when he joined a local musical theatre company and had the opportunity to understand his true passion, starting to live in and out of theatres.
The shows he has been involved in include The Lion King, Sister Act, Moulin Rouge, Tarzan, Aladdin and Hercules. With a private education that includes dancing, acting and singing, the influence of pop music has always accompanied his love for musical theatre. He has participated both as a singer and a songwriter in many prestigious competitions and festivals in Italy, including the MISH MASH Festival and the Indigeno Fest in 2024.
Santi has been awarded a full scholarship at the Academy, as well as the Cameron Mackintosh Award and the Leverhulme Arts Scholarship for the 2025/26 academic year.
