This is our first publication with our new look. Our new website will be launched on on 13 July and we look forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback.

Many of our student contributed to this video of Giacomo Susani’s original composition Nona Onda. Susani is a teacher for our Junior Academy.

Kristine Balanas was featured on Classic FM’s ‘At Home Sessions’ performing a virtuosic excerpt by Paganini.

Members of the Kanneh-Mason family performed a reflective arrangement of Redemption Song by Bob Marley.

Alumni Lotte Betts-Dean (mezzo-soprano), Bartosz Glowacki (accordion), Andrey Lebedev (guitar) performed in the City Music Foundation’s first socially distanced recital of their summer series. This concert was filmed in the St Pancras Clock Tower.

The Pick and Mix Virtual Brass Band, made up of musicians from across UK universities and conservatoires, performed an arrangement of a movement from Rodrigo’s iconic Concerto de Aranjuez.

Neil Percy, Head of Percussion at the Academy and Principal Percussionist with the London Symphony Orchestra, appeared on one of their ‘Coffee Sessions’ where he introduces a piece written for his American colleague John Locke entitled Locke Down.
