Max Burstyn is currently working as a Senior Music Copyist orchestrating compositions for Disney and Marvel movies, in addition to working as the Lead Audiovisual Programmer for a health technology company.
He graduated with Distinction from the Composition (MA) course at the Academy in 2020. Since then he has composed music for many short films, documentaries, and live electronic music events, as well as creating interactive audiovisual experiences for Imperial College London, University College London, and the Royal Geographical Society.
His professional goals are to combine his extensive training in piano and music composition with his experience of electronic music production and audiovisual programming, in order to develop novel forms of entertainment, engagement with current global issues, and personalised, interactive healthcare.
