Students perform alongside the Brass Department’s Ensemble in Residence, Septura. This programme celebrates the free movement of music, with a collection of pieces by migratory musicians: a Russian in the US, a Spaniard in Rome, two German-born composers in England and a Guadeloupe-born artist in Paris.
Here, this rich repertoire is reimagined for the uniquely powerful sound of the brass septet.
