For decades, our students have benefited from chamber music collaborations with the Nash Ensemble, which was founded at the Academy in 1964. Our partnership with the Czech Philharmonic began in 2018, with a concert celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of Czechoslovakia, conducted by our Klemperer Chair of Conducting, Semyon Bychkov.

For this concert, members of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestral Academy, which trains the next generation of top musicians for a successful orchestral career, join players from the Nash Ensemble and Academy instrumentalists.
