A new commission by Ukrainian-Canadian composer Emma Clark brings the dramatic intensity of Dvořák’s Biblical Songs to a redemptive climax, as the Creator summons a pair of doves to rescue his Beloved.
Performed by Maria Kolpaktchi and Ian Gillis, with the Lihtar Orchestra under the baton of Max Levytskyi, this 40-minute sonic experience welcomes the audience into a space of musical intimacy, with immersive 360 degree sound and staging, and an all-new electro-acoustic soundtrack.
