Soundbox is a series of events inspired by the Academy’s Museum and collections.

This week: 'Niccolo Paganini in London 1831-1834. Private and public’ The greatest of all violinists made his long anticipated London debut in June 1831, and gave hundreds of concerts in the British Isles over the next four years. What can we learn about the difference between the public and private musician, between Paganini on-stage, and Paganini in the Salon? '
