Your Visit

Our priority is providing as safe an environment as possible at the Academy, and making sure you enjoy your visit.

In order to do this, please follow the Academy’s Covid-19 guidance:

  • Do not attend if you have tested positive for, or are showing symptoms of Covid-19, or if you have been asked to self-isolate – please email boxoffice@ram.ac.uk and you will be offered a credit note for a future performance.
  • Wear a face covering at all times when at the Academy unless you are medically exempt. If you have a medical exemption, please speak to a steward on arrival.

Please bring proof of either double vaccination status, a recent negative lateral flow test (less than 24 hours old) or a positive test result from the last 90 days. This will be subject to random checking when you arrive at the Academy.

  • Follow the designated routes when arriving at and leaving the Academy. This helps to avoid people congregating in high-traffic areas.
  • Wash or sanitise your hands frequently.

Please note we reserve the right to change or amend our conditions of entry in accordance with government advice at the time of entry.

Tickets

Please remember that all events now require tickets and you must present your e-ticket to a steward either on your mobile device or by printing out your e-ticket in advance. When you placed your booking you will have received a confirmation email containing your e-ticket(s) as an attachment.

When to arrive

Please do not arrive any sooner than 30 minutes before advertised start time when stewards will be ready to welcome you and direct you to the venue. Please have your e-ticket and proof of full Covid-19 vaccination, lateral flow test or natural immunity to hand.

Eating and drinking

Please be advised that for the spring term the Academy's canteen and bar will remain closed to the public. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Opposite the Academy, Marylebone High Street has a large choice of restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarkets.

Cloakroom

We regret the Academy does not have cloakroom facilities. Where possible, please do not bring luggage and large bags to concerts and events.

Photography and recordings

Please be aware that many of our events are filmed and/or photographed for the Academy’s archive and promotional purposes.

No unauthorised photography or recording is permitted.
