Lucy holds a BA in Acting from the Manchester School of Theatre (MST). Her credits during this training include Valerie in Road, Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, Miranda in The Tempest, and Steph in Reasons to be Happy. Lucy has been a member of the National Youth Music Theatre (NYMT) since 2016, and her roles with the company have included Mother in Ragtime, Lucille in Parade, Christine in Lloyd Webber’s The Beautiful Game, Nurse in Sunday in the Park with George.

Lucy performed in the Stephen Sondheim masterclass, The Art of Making Art, led by Janie Dee in association with The Sondheim Society, V&A Museum and NYMT. She was then invited by the Sondheim Society to perform at their Sondheim Society Student Performer of the Year competition at the Sondheim Theatre in 2022.

Recently, Lucy has performed professionally in Lucy Kirkwood’s Maryland, directed by Julie Hesmondhalgh and Kate Colgrave Pope, and Blood Harmony R&D with physical theatre company ThickSkin.

Lucy was a finalist for the Spotlight Prize for Screen Acting in 2021.
