James holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and BS in International Business from Messiah University in Malaysia (2020). He performed in Malaysia’s most popular theme park, Getting Skyworlds Theme Park, as a lead singer. He has also performed with Dance Alliance NYC in their event Moving Forward Together and assisted in devising a movement piece with The Kitchen NYC. Born and raised in Malaysia, James has been an avid performer from a young age, first becoming passionate about music when he toured Southeast Asia with his school choir.
