Isabella graduated from Bath Spa University in 2021 with first-class honours in her undergraduate music studies. Musical theatre credits include Leilani in Legally Blonde (Bath Theatre Royal) and Noor Inayat Khan in Jess Walker’s new musical Cabaret Macabre (Bridewell Theatre, London). She also understudied three principal roles in Putney Theatre Company’s House of Bernarda. Isabella is a British-Cypriot composer and performer from South-West London who is very excited to be undertaking further study here at the Academy.
In 2022, Isabella trained under director Emma Baggott at the Lyric Hammersmith theatre, where she co-devised a show featuring her original music. She continues her involvement with this theatre in her role as Young Lyric Associate, creating schemes to encourage children to engage with live arts.
An established composer, Isabella’s songs have been used in two independent films - one of which she appears in as the supporting role of Eve (Over Her Shoulder). She also performs her material at festivals such as Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, where she has an annual residency.
