Anna Eckhard trained in Acting and Musical Theatre at the Beit Zvi School of Drama and Performing Arts in Israel. She received a scholarship for excellence in her first year and won various prizes. Upon graduating Anna joined the cast of Mamma Mia! at the Israeli National Theatre HaBima, and continued with HaBima in their production of original Israeli musical, The Abandoned Melody based on poems of Israeli Poet Laureate Nathan Alterman. Anna later played the role of Hulda in original Israeli musical, The Wedding Plan at Beit Lessine Theatre, Tel Aviv. Anna is looking forward to developing her craft in the theatre capital of the world, London.
Anna holds the Sainsbury Award for Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music.
