Description
Baroque double bass bow with a round stick made of Pernambuco wood. The upper two-thirds of the stick, ending in a pike's head, are round; the middle part is intricately reeded and the handle is octagonal. The open frog with cut-off angle at the heel and the turned button are made from ebony.

'B.TUNNICLIFFE' is stamped onto the handle above the frog and 'ENGLAND' is stamped onto the handle between frog and button.
