At the Academy, the safety and wellbeing of our students, staff and wider community is our top priority.

Following the government’s announcement on 4 January regarding a full lockdown for England, we have temporarily stopped all face-to-face teaching and performance activity at the Academy.

Our focus is on delivering a high-quality educational experience for students while maintaining the safest possible environment for our community. As such, teaching is currently taking place online, and contingency plans are being developed to ensure that academic delivery for the remainder of the year meets our own, and our students’, very high standards.

The Academy has a dedicated team managing and monitoring the response to the Covid-19 pandemic. We will always adhere to current government guidelines and respond quickly to the evolving situation.

While we are unable to perform in our building, you can keep up to date with what our staff and students are doing via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

We look forward to welcoming back our students, staff and supporters as soon as possible. In the meantime, we are doing everything we can to ensure everyone’s safety.
