Gwendolyn Tietze is a personal and professional development coach, and a fundraising consultant. She works with diverse artists, cultural practitioners and arts organisations, focussing on artist development and organisational sustainability.

Originating from Vienna, Austria, she holds an MMus and a doctorate in Historical Musicology from King’s College London, and a BA in Music from the University of Southampton. She has been Development Director at Birmingham Contemporary Music Group, creative writing charity Arvon, and at contemporary classical record label NMC Recordings.

She is an accredited Relational Dynamic Coach and Associate Member of the Association for Coaching. She is an Associate of Counterculture Partnership LLP and Partner Ambassador for the Pan-African Creative Exchange (PACE).
