The Royal Academy of Music has achieved outstanding results in the National Student Satisfaction Survey, through which graduating students across Britain can rate their experiences in academia.

In the 2014 survey the overall student satisfaction rate at the Academy rose by 1%, at 89%, placing the Academy three percentage points above the national average and in the top 30 for Higher Education Institutions in the UK.

The percentage increase reflects responses from students who answered ‘definitely’ or ‘mostly’ to the statement ‘Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of my course’.

The Academy showed improvements from last year in all categories, scoring particularly highly in ‘Academic support’, ‘Learning resources’ and ‘The teaching on my course’.

Continuing to build on its excellent record, the results demonstrate the Academy’s achievement in consistently maintaining and improving all aspects of the education offered to its talented students.
