Organ Masterclass
-Posted on 04.01.2016
Following the sad and unexpected death of Jacques van Oortmerssen, who was due to teach at the Academy this term, we are able to announce that the distinguished Dutch organist, Bernard Winsemius, will now give the Masterclass on 18th March in St Marylebone Church, 2.00–5.00pm.
Winsemius was appointed organist of the historic organs of the Nieuwe Kerk in Amsterdam together with Gustav Leonhardt, a post he still holds today. He is also a leading Carillonneur and emeritus city carillonneur of Haarlem and Amsterdam.
