The Academy requests equality information so we can monitor our achievements and objectives in the areas of equity and diversity. We review monitoring data on an annual basis.

Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) reports

The Academy assesses its policies, procedures and strategies for impact on equity. This is key to identifying issues and addressing them in a strategic way. It also ensures that the Equality Act 2010 Equality Duty is being met.
