If you live outside Europe, East Asia or North America, you can apply by video recording if you find it difficult to attend a live audition. If you live in Europe (including Russia), East Asia or North America you should come for a live audition at one of our audition centres.

You can contact the Admissions Officer (admissions@ram.ac.uk, telephone +44 20 7873 7357)  if you are unsure whether you are eligible to apply by video. 

A video application must include:
— the standard Royal Academy of Music application form and fee payment
— the "Video Form" which is available by contacting the Admissions Officer
— a DVD encoded for Region 2 or Region 0 (all regions)

Please note that if you apply by recording, you will not normally be considered for Royal Academy of Music entrance scholarships.
