	Principal Professor Jonathan Freeman-Attwood Jonathan is a performer, writer, educator, recording producer. He is responsible, under the Governing Body, for all areas of the Academy's life and work.
	Deputy Principal Mark Racz Mark is an American-born pianist, teacher and music educator. He is responsible for the day to day running of the Academy, particularly all performance-related activities.
	Deputy Principal (Programmes and Research) Timothy Jones Timothy is a musicologist and performer. He is responsible for the Programmes of Study, Research, the Museum, Library and Collections, and Quality Assurance.
	Director of Development Carol McCormack Carol is responsible for all the fundraising, marketing and communication activities at the Academy.
	Director of Finance Judith Barber Judith is an accountant with a background in higher education. She is responsible for all financial matters relating to the Academy.
	Director of Junior Academy Ben Parry Ben is a conductor, composer, arranger, singer and producer in both classical and light music.
