Manson Room
The Manson Room is focused on music recording and production. High quality analogue recording equipment is combined with industry standard Pro Tools HD and Logic Studio to give users all the tools needed to produce professional results.
At the heart of the Manson Room is a Neve VR36 mixing console – one of the most comprehensive analogue desks ever built and one that can be found in use at many professional studios such as Abbey Road and Angel. To complement the desk, the studio has a selection of outboard equipment ranging from classic units to some of the best available modern designs.
The studio has an Apple Mac Pro with a Pro Tools HD2 system providing 32 channels of audio to and from the desk. As well as Pro Tools, a range of other programs are available including Logic Studio, Sibelius and MAX/MSP.
Both studios also have access to a range of microphones to cover a variety of recording situations.
In addition to the audio capability of the studio, it also has its own dedicated video production equipment. Everything required to film, capture, edit and deliver professional quality video is available, including a Sony Z7 HD camera, lighting kit, VTR deck and an Apple Mac Pro running the Final Cut Studio software suite.
