Storyteller Charles Dickens loved to sing and dance, and his sister Fanny was a student at this Academy. Join us for a merry day of Dickens-inspired music and drama. Attend a Victorian singing lesson and stage period pieces with the help of props and original music. This event complements our ‘Dickens and Music’ exhibition at the Academy museum.

Free, no tickets required, but booking is essential. Please contact museumandcollections@ram.ac.uk, quoting the number of adult and children’s tickets required, children’s ages and a contact number.

Future Family Play Days will be held in the following months:
2012: November
2013: January and June

Please check the Academy Diary of Events for details of current events.

All children should be accompanied by a parent or carer. Please contact museumandcollections@ram.ac.uk for further information and booking advice or telephone 020 7873 7443.
