The Foyle Menuhin Archive comprises scores, letters, photographs, paintings, engravings, press cuttings, memorabilia and other items collected by or relating to the life of the violinist, Yehudi Menuhin HonRAM (1916-99). It was acquired in 2004 with the kind support of the Foyle Foundation, Sir John Ritblat KBE HonFRAM and an anonymous donor.

The Foyle Menuhin Archive is available for consultation by appointment only. The catalogue of music, books and manuscripts is currently available as part of the Academy Online Library Catalogue; the catalogue of archival material such as correspondence and concert programmes is not available online, but staff will be pleased to help with research enquiries.
