Eating and Drinking: On Monday to Friday during term time the Academy’s canteen is open until 6pm and provides hot and cold food and soft drinks. Pre-performance and interval drinks are available from the Academy’s bar, which is open weekday evenings in term time, from 5pm.
Marylebone High Street: Opposite the Academy, the High Street has a large choice of restaurants, cafés, pubs and supermarkets for outside of the Academy’s catering hours.

FAQs
Returns Policy: Tickets for Academy events are non transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded except where the event is cancelled. If an event is fully booked and there is still high demand for tickets, tickets may be accepted for resale, however this is at the management’s discretion and an administration fee of £1 per ticket may be applied.
Lost Tickets: If you have mislaid your tickets, or if they have been posted out to you but have not arrived, we are able to provide you with duplicate tickets for collection on the day of the performance. Please advise us of this in advance if you are able to do so.
Latecomers: If you arrive late for a performance you will not be admitted until a suitable pause, depending on the works being performed, however late admission cannot be guaranteed. For Duke’s Hall concerts the Academy does have a show-relay into the Entrance Hall and to a seated area where latecomers can wait to be admitted.
Event Alterations: The programme and/or performers may be subject to change. We will endeavor to notify you by e-mail, post, or telephone if there is major change to a performance you have booked for, provided that sufficient contact details have been given at the time of booking.
