Special Collections
The Library has manuscript and early printed music collections of international significance, including the R.J.S. Stevens Collection, holograph manuscripts by Elgar, Purcell, Stanford, Sullivan and Vaughan Williams, and various musicians’ correspondence.

Ordering Microfilms
Microfilms of non-copyright material in the special collections may be ordered on payment of a small fee. However, orders can take several weeks to process. For further details, please write to the Librarian: library@ram.ac.uk
 

Archives
The Archives include Committee minute books, prospectuses, concert programmes, brief records of former students and other miscellaneous items. Whilst these are not catalogued at present, enquiries will be answered periodically on payment of a small charge.
